A unit of OSILA GROUP was incorporated in the year 2020, the organisation is consistently growing in the field of agriculture. Monsur Biotech Pvt. Ltd. today operates in key agrochemical categories like- Insecticide, Fungicide, Herbicide, Micro Nutrients, Bio-Pesticide, Bio-Fertilizer Organic Fertilizer for Plant Nutrient and Protection.
The organisation works hand in hand with farmers to bring innovation, linear to life. It strives to go beyond nature to ensure that every farmer receives a real increase of the seed sown into the ground as a reward for his virtuous labour, thereby fulfilling its motto of “Uplifting Lives”

Mr. Arup Das is the Director of Monsur Biotech Private Limited. Prior to joining Monsur Biotech, He served the departments of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal in different capacities since 1987. Finally he retired from Government services as an Additional Director Of Agriculture (P)
on superannuation in February 2022 . Mr. Das is known as an inclusive leader who has a track record of delivering key initiatives through strong engagement and well being for our farmers. Mr. Das holds a degree in M.Sc Agriculture from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Nadia, West Bengal .
